Hello! My name is César Guardia (ADF), a cinematographer and photographer from Mar del Plata, Argentina. My passion for film and photography ignited during my childhood, and by the age of 16, I had already begun shooting short films, writing scripts, and capturing moments through photography. In 2014, I decided to pursue my passion further by studying Cinematography in Buenos Aires. Following that, I embarked on an 8-month exchange program at La Femis in Paris.

Throughout my career, I have predominantly worked in Buenos Aires and Mexico City, and I´m currently based in CDMX. Here, I am engaged in various creative endeavors, such as commercials, fiction projects, music videos, fashion films, and documentaries as a cinematographer. My portfolio includes collaborations with renowned brands such as Levis, Heinz, Spotify, Pepsi, KFC, Popeyes, Brahma, Modelo, Beldent, among others.

Moreover, I am actively involved in personal Fine Art Photography projects, utilizing both analog and digital medium format cameras to craft narratives and characters within each photograph. I am in the process of preparing some exhibitions in art galleries to share these visual stories.

My ultimate goal is to continue evolving as both a DP and photographer, engaging in increasingly ambitious and creative projects, and collaborating with new directors and production houses worldwide. Currently, I´m a member of the ADF (The Argentine Cinematography Association) of the 9AM Cinematography Agency in Latam, making it possible to contact me through these channels.
